Lyle Parker is the Minister of Children and Youth here at FCC. Born in Kansas City, MO, Lyle comes to us from Kernersville, NC by way of Vanceburg, KY. He received his call from God into the ministry while on a youth trip with his home church in the summer of 1997. In May of 1999, he married his loving wife, Andrea and they now have two wonderful boys; Isaiah Andrew and Joshua Samuel.
Lyle graduated from Kentucky Christian University in May 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Bible and Youth Ministry. He also completed his Master's Degree in Teaching from Morehead State University in 2005. He enjoys anything outdoors inlcuding backpacking, camping, climbing, and riding his motorcycle. Lyle has been in Youth Ministry since 1998 and wonders if his uncanny powers of subliminal suggestion (Mad Skillz) have saved the world from angry badgers many times over. He has also figured out the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow.
